Over time, weathering and condensation build-up can erode the building fabric. Cracking render ruins the appearance, thermal insulation requirements fail to be met and the value of the property declines.

Our renovating cladding systems can put an end to this process. By bringing thermal insulation and sound protection levels in line with modern requirements, our system allows you to renovate and redesign with the facade easy and transforms tired looking properties with ease.

The system provides a ventilated cavity between the exterior of the building and the reinforced carrier board, keeping the wall dry and allowing it to breathe. The carrier board is made from 96% recycled glass granulate and provides excellent weather protection, impact resistance and can even be used to form tight curves.

The cavity is filled with a fire-resistant mineral fibre board, providing effective external wall insulation. The ventilated cavity means there is no limit on the lightness value of the render finish, allowing even the darkest colours to be used. This Facade system can provide up to 10dB improvement in airborne sound insulation.

The Ventilated Cladding and Rendering System

1. Sub-Construction
The adjustable sub-construction corrects uneven substrates up to 320mm and provides a ventilated cavity to ensure the wall remains dry and breathes.

2. Insulation
The mineral fibre insulation board provides high thermal performance and fire protection.

3. Render carrier board
The carrier board is made of 96% recycled expanded glass granulate and reinforced on both sides with glass fibre mesh for superior impact resistance.

4. Reinforcement
Flexible, cement free reinforcing coat with a non-degradable glass fibre mesh embedded during application. Together, the reinforcing coat and mesh provide up to 15 times the crack resistance of conventional cement-based renders.

5. Render finish
Our weather resistant synthetic renders are through-coloured to reduce maintenance. Available in a range of finished rendercoat textures, aggregate sizes, with up to 800 colours too choice from.
